Singer Restoration Saturday - Cooking Edition

Yesterday was Susan's project day with her quilting buddies.  At Susan's request, I made a batch of Caramel Chicken for her to take for the potluck lunch.

    What brand of fish sauce do you use? I have allergies and have to be careful to not get an anything goes sauce!

    I use Ka-Me brand. It's what I find in the store, next to the Soy Sauce and other Asian sauces.
